Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Items must be in the same condition you received them.

Non Returnable Items
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or printing error caused by us. This includes personalized prayer mats, printed clothing, custom gifts, and name printed items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review and offer replacement or refund if approved.

Return Approval
All returns require approval before sending the item. Do not ship any product without confirmation from us.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before production starts. Once customization or printing begins, cancellation is not possible.
